Smt. Bindu Chachan, the Chairperson of the LIET, Alwar, is a dynamic visionary, capable of translating her dreams into reality. Because of her missionary zeal and dedication towards education she has launched number of educational institutions under Chachan Education & Welfare Society (CEWS) as Lord's Inter-national School, Lord's International College, Lord's Institute of Engineering & Technology for Women, Lord's Insti-tute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Lord's International College of Management, and Lord's International College of Pharmacy.

Undaunted by any obstacles Smt. Bindu Chachan asserts "We have girt up our loins to go a long way and are making rapid strides to fulfill our mission in making LIET an institute of national repute and raising it to the great height of eminence."

Smt. Bindu Chachan has lofty thoughts & high aspiration for the future development of the institute. The Institute under her guidance is commencing more post-graduation courses and research programmes in the forthcoming academic year. She has a mission of raising the institute to the status of a Deemed University.

With a view to provide exposure & experience of software industry Smt. Bindu Chachan has established a software organization named "Laxmi Devi Soft Solution Pvt. Ltd. (LDSS)". Smt. Bindu Chachan is also an active member & doyen of reputed welfare societies like Lions club and Rotary club in Alwar.
